Promote Airbus initiatives to enhance access, usage, and support of Technical Data deliverables to customers in the USA, Canada, and Latin America.
Provide first-line support on Maintenance and Engineering Technical Data to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, including familiarization and training.
Acquire customer feedback on Airbus Technical Data products, support, and services to identify issues and subjects for continuous improvement.
