Job Summary

  • Business Service Officers (BSO) are responsible for shaping the future of service by modernizing our client experience through an elevated standard of care.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Support and Service Professionals, promoting cross-training, learning, development, and recognition.
  • Manage and oversee Support Professionals coverage for Financial Advisors in the Branch and identify Support Professional recognition opportunities.

Base: $120,000 - $165,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages; Benefits: Other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs
