Job Summary

The Vulcan/Plasma Programmer has the primary responsibility to accurately program the Laser and Plasma Machines, interpreting project blueprints and configuring programs to produce the desired component.
This position will require initial training in our Garland TX location and involves working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, dust, and heavy machinery.

Program Vulcan and Plasma machines
Read and interpret blueprints
Identify different types of metals
Understand different types of duct connections
Work in a manufacturing environment

Input into process improvements
Adaptability and persuasion skills
High standards of performance
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of manufacturing process experience
Knowledge of Vulcan/Plasma programming
Understanding of geometric tolerances
Ability to read and interpret 2D geometry files, 3D models, and blueprints
