Job Summary
Supervise WFJ QC & Fine or High Jewelry repair claims related process, coordinating repair flow and communicating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow.
Ensure Jewelry pieces are in good selling condition by overseeing quality checks, manipulation standards, and providing recommendations for aftersales repair and training.
Coordinate and monitor the team on end-to-end processes for Quality Control and After Sales Service for both Core and High End Jewelry, including local and global repairs.
