Job Summary

• Supervise and coordinate the technical team in charge, including subcontractors, managing time sheets, expense control, difficulty reports, and activity tracking.
• Manage people in your charge, ensuring compliance with HR policies and established processes, and technical training: performance management, annual training, Excellent Service, and 5-10-5 techniques, ensuring team performance aligns with company needs.
• Ensure the safety of the team and clients through safety training, analysis of non-standard risks, and FPA assessments.
