You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all nursing service procedures, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and participating in staff training and quality assurance programs.
The role requires collaboration with physicians, residents, families, and other departments to deliver high-quality nursing care and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
