The CI SME develops and executes realistic, scenario-driven training that integrates operational planning, surveillance detection, mobile and fixed surveillance techniques, operational security considerations, reporting standards, and post-operation debriefing procedures.
The incumbent evaluates student performance during complex field exercises that frequently exceed eight (8) hours per day, may include weekend operations, and require travel within the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the Continental United States (CONUS).
