Job Summary

  • As a Senior Manager, you will be the “go to” practice leader, expected to provide expert guidance to the HCM team and their subsequent team members.
  • Oversees Global Delivery Center (GDC), Application Managed Services (AMS), Projects and Continuous Value Services (CVS) team workload and serves as an escalation path for urgent or high priority issues and major requests.
  • Leverage expertise to make recommendations and develop solution based on the customers’ requirements, budget, and time-frame.
