Job Summary
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for architecting and executing the next generation of marketing technology (MarTech) and AI-driven personalization for Citi Wealth Management.
You will own the strategy and delivery of a hybrid ecosystem, blending best-in-class external tools with sophisticated, custom-built internal platforms.
Lead the architecture, development, and continuous enhancement of our in-house Next Best Action (NBA) engine, including overseeing the creation and deployment of sophisticated propensity models.
