Job Summary

  • This individual will be accountable for leading a global multi-disciplined project team to ensure a successful transition of new client accounts and/or expanded account responsibilities.
  • Oversee transition resources, manage resource gearing, employee hiring and onboarding, performance management, and support resource growth & development.
  • Actively participate in the commercial process including pitch, negotiation, and implementation phases of the new client contracts; provide expertise to the business development process.
