Define and track input and outcome metrics spanning project planning, dependencies accuracy, initiation, hardware delivery timeliness, position readiness, cabling reliability, and end-to-end lead time reduction.
Partner with planning automation teams to increase forecast accuracy and reduce planning bugs, work with supply chain organizations to improve supportability signal integration, and collaborate with infrastructure teams to implement systems that preserve design intent and eliminate data loss between systems.
