  • Technical troubleshooting for network problems
  • Support for routers, switches, VOIP, WAN, LAN
  • Use of network monitoring and ticketing tools
  • Configuration of Cisco routers and switches
  • Customer service in 24x7 environment
  • Knowledge of network protocols and topologies

Nice-to-have

  • Self managing and quick learner

  • Calm and patient under pressure
  • Experience with multi-vendor firewall and VPN devices
  • Familiarity with Internet services like DNS and Radius

Key Requirements

  • Minimum two years of college or equivalent experience
