Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EE, CE, CS, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in FPGA development

  • Demonstrated customer requirement gathering experience
  • Proven ability to balance needs with constraints
  • Strong understanding of FPGA architectures, development flows, EDA tools
  • Practical experience in designing FPGA logic
  • Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams
  • Agile, Scrum, or similar certification is a plus
