The Cabler/Taper Operator is responsible for the setting-up and the operation of the 66” cabler to combine component sub-assemblies into a twisted bundle.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Operate cabler and respooling equipment
Perform external setups while in operation
Inspect product for quality acceptance
Maintain manufacturing control system paperwork
Follow safety practices and promote safety
Nice-to-have

Assist with training new employees
Communicate with other shift operators
Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required
Technical training preferred
Manufacturing or industrial setting experience preferred
