This role involves spearheading the evolution of a new greenfield sales platform focused on client onboarding transparency and e-onboarding automation.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the quality strategy, planning and executing the QA roadmap across both manual and automated testing.
You will design and evolve Java-based test automation frameworks while mentoring junior engineers to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Strong proficiency in Java programming
Experience building automated tests using Selenium or Playwright
Proven experience designing test automation frameworks
Previous experience leading a QA team
Knowledge of API testing and CI/CD practices
Nice-to-have
Good knowledge of BDD concepts like Cucumber
Familiarity with Page Object Model patterns
Experience in financial services or capital markets
Awareness of performance and non-functional testing
Good working knowledge of SQL
