Key Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • 3-5 years of experience as a practicing attorney
  • Transactional and in-house experience preferred
  • Experience with GDPR, PCI Compliance, and liquor license compliance preferred
  • Familiarity with intellectual property concepts preferred
  • M&A due diligence is a plus
