Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate a leisure & lifestyle program for every individual resident, focusing on enhancing their lifestyle by considering their holistic, social, cultural, emotional and spiritual needs.
Build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues, ensuring any queries, comments, suggestions, regarding resident care and progress or concerns raised are managed or reported promptly.
Ensure the ongoing compliance of the Leisure and Lifestyle team with workplace health and safety requirements, requirements of the aged care sector and organisational policies and procedures, and promote continuous quality improvement processes.
