The individual will independently lead the design & development of new product/innovation projects, responsible for generating ideas, developing products, and executing customer validation trials.
Key responsibilities include leading product innovation from ideation to validation, managing technical database for ISO compliance, and identifying project technical risks with mitigation plans.
The role requires interaction and collaboration with Global R&D teams and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Analytical, Regulatory) to drive scientific projects with clear accountability.
