Must-have
5+ years progressive accounting experience
3+ years supervisory or team leadership role
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Strong knowledge of US GAAP standards
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with multi-currency accounting
Nice-to-have
Portuguese language proficiency advantageous
Knowledge of real estate lease accounting ASC 842
Public accounting background preferred
Familiarity with financial system implementations
Project management skills across time zones
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role
English and Spanish bilingual fluency required
Experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
