Job Summary

  • Our Software Support Agents are responsible for resolving client software queries and will need to analyse software issues to recommend solutions.
  • You will be required to attend client events within the UK from time to time, for example in London and Manchester 2-4 times a year, as well as an occasional visit to a client’s office to assist users with specific areas of functionality of their system.
