Must-have

  • Process Analytical Technology (PAT) development
  • PAT solutions for drug substance manufacturing
  • Spectroscopic techniques (NIR, MIR, Raman, UV/Vis, FBRM)
  • Chemometrics and data analysis
  • cGMP and SHE principles
  • Siemens SIPAT superuser experience

Nice-to-have

  • Managing change in regulated environments
  • Developing quantitative multivariate models
  • Coding skills (MATLAB or Python)
  • Technical supervision and mentoring
  • Introducing new analytical technologies

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or PhD in chemistry, analytical chemistry, or chemical engineering
  • Proven record of developing and delivering drug substance control strategies using PAT
  • Significant practical experience with major PAT spectroscopic techniques
  • Strong data-centric mindset with proven chemometrics ability
  • Thorough understanding of SHE and cGMP principles
