The position requires daily technical operations of Marketo, proactive system health monitoring, and swift issue resolution to ensure reliable data flow.
Candidates will work in a hybrid environment based in San Diego, requiring 4 days of in-office presence per week to foster creativity and innovation.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years marketing experience
2 years marketing automation platforms
Marketo platform expertise
Salesforce (SFDC) integration skills
Email campaign and nurture program execution
Nice-to-have
Marketo certification preferred
Experience with iCapture and CVENT
Strong QA and troubleshooting abilities
Collaboration in matrixed organization
Knowledge of GDPR and CANSPAM regulations
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
3-5 years general marketing experience
2 years specific marketing automation experience
Familiarity with data privacy governance practices
