Proven experience in capture management, bid management, or business development
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated success in developing and executing capture strategies
Solid understanding of Defence/Government acquisition processes
Experience managing complex projects and budgets
Familiarity with proposal writing and development processes
Australian citizenship
Ability to hold a minimum NV1 security clearance
Compliance to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
