Must-have
3-5 years job-specific work experience
Current UT driver's license and clean record
First Aid/CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain
Ability to drive pickup truck and 16 ft trailer
Reliable transportation to Snowbird Resort location
Basic equipment maintenance skills in program specialty
Nice-to-have
PSIA, AASI, or BICP certifications
Experience teaching adaptive sports to people with disabilities
Passion for diversity, inclusion, and community access
Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills
