The role will also play a key part in strengthening our internal HR systems and workflows, working closely with the People & Culture Manager to maintain high operational standards across all entities and ensure compliance with local and international employment regulations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or related
3-5 years' experience in HR operations or generalist roles
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Strong knowledge of employment law and immigration
Proven experience managing employee records and HRIS
Familiar with onboarding, offboarding, payroll support
