The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and medical procedures while maintaining strict confidentiality.
The role requires frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds, prolonged standing, and the ability to respond promptly to resident calls and report any changes in condition.
