  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect non-functional requirements and develop performance designs, test strategies, and plans.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks across all tiers, components, and layers, and work with solution architects to establish performance goals and monitoring.
  • Build tools to automate IT operations, including CI/CD, monitoring/alerting, and incident response, utilizing tools like JMeter, Datadog, Splunk, and AWS FIS.
