Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in global logistics, supply chain, or digital operations
  • 5+ years owning complex systems or process portfolios
  • Proven track record integrating 3PL platforms, transport-management systems, visibility / Control-Tower solutions, and trade-compliance tools
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing cross-functional systems & AI roadmaps
  • Demonstrated leadership of large-scale transformation and change-management programs
  • Knowledge of IoT, lane-validation analytics, and data-driven performance management
  • Financial acumen for business-case development, value tracking, and ROI reporting
  • Exceptional collaboration, influence, and communication skills
