Must-have
7-10 years program management experience
Technology modernization project leadership
RFI/RFP process management and vendor selection
Agile and Waterfall methodology knowledge
Stakeholder communication across business units
Nice-to-have
PMP or PgMP certification preferred
SAFe certification desirable

Experience with insurance domain
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or Business Administration
7-10 years of program/project management experience
