Job Summary
Lead and supervise a team of Technical Project Managers (TPM) and Customer Order Engineers (COE) to enable them to meet the QCD objectives of their respective functions.
Assure strong execution of contracts starting from transfer meeting with PSS (Product Sales Specialist) and managing the QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) of the entire execution process.
Address customer responses on priority to ensure customer’s satisfaction and confidence towards the organization.
