Job Summary

  • The Productivity Lead is responsible for the cross-functional collaboration with process owners to maintain the accuracy & integrity of the labor scheduling & store operating systems, and for providing Time and Absence services in Reflexis and the Workday Time Tracking Tool.
  • The Productivity Lead will focus on minimizing store dependency on labor-intensive processes by identifying & delivering process improvements and labor-saving solutions.
  • This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120-240 hours of vacation per year for full time employees.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or B.S. Industrial Engineering
  • 5 - 10+ yrs. work experience
  • Min 2 yrs. experience managing people
  • Experience with MOST, MTM or other Time and Motion Study Systems
