Job Summary
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be a critical driver of company performance and integral to the advancement and execution of MIE’s product and technology strategy, delivering value through modernizing the technology platform, improving engineering efficiency, and enabling scalable, high-quality product delivery.
This leader will lead the engineering organization by building the structure, processes, and technical foundation required to support the new lifecycle of development in the era of AI.
Partner closely with Product leadership to define and execute a 12–18 month product roadmap aligned with company strategy.
