  • Execute the West Zone sales strategy regarding Global Benefits Management (GBM), Consulting and Technology solutions that help clients create a governance framework to deliver a globally-consistent, locally-relevant, and digitally-driven international benefits program.
  • Building and executing proactive international benefits sales strategy, including driving increased revenue and profitability as well as executing sales disciplines and best practices in support of company’s growth targets.
  • Managing the complex, multimillion dollar sales cycle, covering all aspects of the sales process, from pre-sale through to project management, presentation, close, contracting, and implementation/hand-over.
