Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years compliance or HR experience
Knowledge of employment laws across multiple states
Experience with large-scale HR implementations
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Query and PowerPoint
Ability to partner with cross-functional teams
Nice-to-have
Compliance or HR certification preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Project management experience for compliance initiatives
Experience supervising interns or temporary personnel
Key Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Pre-Law, Business, HR, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of progressive Compliance or HR experience
