Job Summary

  • The Competence Development Manager will promote awareness and facilitate competence development, focusing on the Sales Advisory Process, Market Conduct, and the Roles & Responsibilities of Sales Representatives and Supervisors.
  • You will work closely with Risk & Compliance, Learning & Development and Distribution channel management to deliver robust support to our One Agency and other in-house distribution channels.
  • You will play a critical role in the building and growing of a professional and trusted salesforce.
