Job Summary

  • The Opportunity Alliance works with people to build better lives and stronger communities by providing advocacy, leadership, and support to address individual and community needs.
  • The Outreach Case Manager conducts assertive and ongoing efforts to identify and engage homeless persons and families not receiving services, providing referrals and support to stabilize their situations.

Key Requirements

  • MHRT/C certification or plan to obtain
  • Two years social services experience if no degree
  • BSW or MSW preferred
  • Two years direct service experience with oppressed populations
  • Criminal background and child protective service checks
  • Good driving record required
