The Opportunity Alliance works with people to build better lives and stronger communities by providing advocacy, leadership, and support to address individual and community needs.
The Outreach Case Manager conducts assertive and ongoing efforts to identify and engage homeless persons and families not receiving services, providing referrals and support to stabilize their situations.

Key Requirements
MHRT/C certification or plan to obtain
Two years social services experience if no degree
BSW or MSW preferred
Two years direct service experience with oppressed populations
Criminal background and child protective service checks
