  • Provide overall leadership for the maintenance function in Toronto, owning maintenance strategies, plans, and budgets.
  • Provide overall site EHS leadership, including strategy development, policies, procedures, risk assessments, root cause analysis, and incident reporting.
  • Use maintenance data, CMMS reporting, and operational KPIs to identify trends and implement improvement initiatives that increase equipment uptime and reliability.
