The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained at all times.
The role involves administrative duties, charting, medication administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation, and equipment and supply management.
The position requires participation in continuing education programs and adherence to all facility policies, including infection control and safety regulations.
