  • As a Service Delivery Manager/Supervisor, your commitments are to deliver excellent incident (case) management as per Service Level commitment and managing the team day to day to meet KPIs.
  • Engage with internal departments for better resolution time & process and effective management and escalation of unresolved customer technical problems.
