The Payroll Specialist is part of the Bose GBS team, reporting to the Supervisor of US Payroll Operations, and will be responsible for processing US payroll through using our Workday payroll system.
This position is being offered in a hybrid capacity (remote and onsite in Lisbon, Portugal), supporting global business services through standardized transactional processes.

Key Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
Fluency in English
Experience with payroll
Functional user experience with ERP, HR or Payroll applications
Understanding of end to end business processes and controls
Proven track record of driving process improvement
Experience working with global teams
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Understanding of US payroll laws and regulations is a plus
