Job Summary
The role is responsible for driving performance mindset, delivering reporting capabilities and collaborating with stakeholders from across the Omnichannel business.
You will play a crucial role in the current SAP BW to Databricks re-platforming of the data reporting system for the back end and from Tableau to PowerBI for frontend reporting.
Success in this role will be measured by accurate & reliable reporting, on-time delivery of migration milestones, adoption of Power BI & self-service reporting, proactive ownership & initiative, strong business-to-technical translation, stakeholder satisfaction & trust, data quality & governance improvements, automation & process efficiency, and insight-driven decision support.
