Niagara Bottling LLC is seeking a Procurement Analyst II focused on ocean transportation, responsible for managing the import process, resolving freight issues, and identifying cost-reduction opportunities. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in logistics and procurement, as well as strong analytical and negotiation skills
Job Summary
Manage international import process through shipment lifecycle, including maintaining import shipment documentation, US Customs compliance, shipment track and trace, coordinating with ocean transportation vendors, and communicating with overseas suppliers.
Identify opportunities to reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), analyze market conditions to effectively manage logistics costs and projects, and support the annual RFP/RFQ process.
Work cross-functionally within Niagara (with Logistics Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, QA, and Engineering) to accomplish departmental goals and gain support internally.
