Must-have
5+ years GMP laboratory experience
2+ years supervising laboratory teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
GMP regulatory compliance knowledge
Laboratory investigation approval skills
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in scientific field
ICH guidance and FDA regulation expertise
Process improvement using OEE/GPS tools
Strong leadership and collaboration skills
Experience with complex analytical equipment
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years pharmaceutical experience
Associate's degree plus 6 years pharmaceutical experience
