Job Summary

• The Risk Manager will have the opportunity to apply risk management and analytical skills to some of our highest profile Risk Management initiatives, including implementing solutions to ensure Card's continued stability and success.
• This role is also responsible for contributing to the development of strategic enhancements to other event and issue management processes and collaborating with multiple organizations to achieve risk event management objectives.

Salary

Base: $138,100 - $173,400 depending on location; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation including cash bonuses and/or long term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive health, financial and other benefits

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years Risk Management or Process Management experience
• 3+ years Risk event & issue management experience
• 2+ years change management experience
• 3+ years process management leading cross functional projects
• Process Management Certification (LEAN, Six Sigma) preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred
• 5+ years interacting with internal audit or regulatory agencies preferred
• 5+ years Project Management experience preferred
• Risk Management certification preferred
