Compensation includes base salary ranging from $287,200 to $359,000 USD plus equity and comprehensive benefits.

Manage senior technical assurance and GRC teams
Deep familiarity with FedRAMP and NIST frameworks
Experience with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance
Partner with legal on contract-driven obligations

Experience with GenAI and emerging technology compliance
Ability to translate ambiguous technical issues into controls
Strong judgment on risk tradeoffs in fast-moving environments
Experience advising leadership on security and compliance
Key Requirements
10+ years experience in cybersecurity compliance or GRC
Active U.S. security clearance or SCI eligible
Experience leading distributed teams across time zones
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
