Job Summary

  • Tracks and reports HR related ethics concerns, interfacing with the Ethics Office and regional partners to ensure timely and thorough investigation and appropriate resolution.
  • Conducts investigations as needed, responds to workplace concerns on behalf of senior management, and works with the Employment Law team on agency charges and litigation.
  • Provides guidance and review of restructuring initiatives and assists in the design, development, and/or delivery of training initiatives for HR.
