Job Summary

  • Lead the pricing strategy and governance agenda across Business Banking and Payments, redefining how AI delivers human-centred, relevant and trusted experiences.
  • Lead the Relationship Pricing and Payments Pricing & Billing Centre of Excellence teams driving standardised and compliant practices, and deliver pricing tools, insights and processes that improve frontline effectiveness and customer experience.
