Job Summary
The Department of Residential Facilities is responsible for the maintenance and housekeeping services for the College Park Campus' 70+ residence halls, Greek chapter houses, and recreational facilities.
The Plumbing Specialist position performs specialty and/or complex plumbing and pipe-fitting work at the journey level, including inspections, maintenance, repair, and some installation of piping systems.
This position is an essential employee related to catastrophic, weather, or other emergencies and may be required to come to work, including overtime, when the University is closed.
