Must-have
Adherence to cGMP and safety requirements
Operations of fermenter and harvest vessel
Production documentation and SOP management
Continuous improvement project participation
Quality and deviation investigation participation
Training and development of junior staff
Nice-to-have
Good communication skills
Basic IT skills including MS Office
Knowledge of aseptic operations
Ability to lead and guide process teams
Engagement in technology transfer activities
Collaboration with QA, QC, and TS departments
Key Requirements
Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Biotechnology or related field
Experience in biologics, chemical, pharmaceutical or regulated industry
Basic knowledge of cGMP
Experience operating fermentation and purification equipment
