BeOne is seeking a Senior Director or Executive Director for their Forecasting and Performance Center of Excellence to lead global forecasting and performance management within the company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial forecasting in the biotech or pharma industry, particularly in oncology, and demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills

Job Summary

  • Lead BeOne’s global forecasting and commercial performance management capabilities to enable high-quality decision-making across the commercial organization.
  • Establish standards, governance, and best practices for demand forecasting, revenue outlook, KPI design, performance measurement, and insights delivery.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Market Access, Sales Operations, and country/region leadership to drive planning excellence and ensure forecast accuracy and transparency.

  • Oncology experience strongly preferred
